Pre-order and back-order items are prepaid. Prepayment guarantees the reservation of your items with the manufacturer and prevents fraudulent orders disrupting our supply line. Serious and well qualified buyers only.

Back-orders and pre-orders are fulfilled in the order we receive them and when supply becomes available from the manufacturer. We will make every effort to communicate with the manufacturer for updates in delivery times and when possible, relay this information to you, the buyer. Some items (in high demand) will fall under our allocation system where as we reserve the right to limit the quantity of product that is available and distribute it accordingly so that all customers will get a fair share. 

If you choose to cancel the order, you will be reimbursed your order total, minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%, which is non-refundable by Square (credit card processor). You can avoid this fee by opting for an item exchange or store credit in the form of an E-Gift card. The only exception to this practice would be if the return policy applies. If the product you receive is defective or damaged, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

Pre-orders and back-orders are subject to change in price and estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
